Substance Over Form
When an entity practice the Substance Over Form, it means that the financial statements reflect the financial reality of the entity (Substance) rather than the legal form of the transactions and events(Form) which underlie them. To put it very simply: if it is a goat but it was disguised in a legal form to look like a dog, Substance Over Form would prevail to reinstate that it is a goat and not a dog!

Went to H.I.G.H with bb and his batch of friends all from Ragefaction founded by bb to play a "in" game currently..Left4Dead

btw they are also Singtel ad stars!! haha
Although im a gaming idiot..but i still tried to play the EASY mode whereas they played the EXPERT mode completing 2 maps..hehe

HaPpY New YeAr!!
First Post of 2009!!
Welcome 2009!!
Went to bb house after IP Man..Rested awhile then we head down to esplanade to watch Fire Works!! By da time we reached the whole place was packed like hell!! We have no choose but to stand beside the road to watch.. I would say the Fire Works is LOUSY!! Abt 3 min nia..and the middle part also a few Fire Works only..Not Fantastic at all..I would prefer the Fire Works Event in Aug 08..lolx
Here some fantastic pics which Kelvin took and i steal from Sharin bloggie!! They reached there ard 7.30 to "chop" place..Haha..
